Kaisercraft Blessed Collection – Love

Hi everyone! I’m back bringing you my recent layout. You can tell by my choice of colors that I’m longing for spring now, lol! I’ve been playing with a soon to come collection by Kaisercraft called “Blessed”. I’ve combined it with some goodies by Dear Lizzy “New Day” and Shimelle “Head In The Clouds”. Also I’ve used some lovely Nuvo Embellishment Mousse for my background. I kept my design pretty clean since it is bursting of happy colors.

Hej allihop! Jag är tillbaka här med min senaste layout. Du kan nog säga av mitt val av färger att jag längtar efter våren nu, haha! Jag har lekt lite med en snart inkommande kollektion från Kaisercraft som heter Blessed. Den har jag kombinerat med godbitar från Dear Lizzy “New Day” och Shimelle “Head In The Clouds”. Jag har även använt mig av lite härlig Nuvo Embellishment Mousse till min bakgrund. Jag höll min design rätt så ren och enkel eftersom den närmast exploderar av glada färger.

I used a spatula to apply the Nuvo Mousse and let it dry completely before I mounted my papers and other goodies.

Jag använde en spatel för att applicera min Nuvo Mousse och jag lät det torka helt innan jag monterade pappren och dom andra godbitarna.

A few stitches and some thread to finish my page off.

Några sömmar och lite tråd fick avsluta det hela.

Three Christmas cards – Same-Same but different

Hi dear friends! Anna here with you today. I’ve been playing with a stencil and the Sparkle collection by Kaisercraft together with Nuvo Mousse by Tonic Studios. That ended up with three similar cards but yet a little different from each other.

Hej kära vänner! Anna här med er i dag. Jag har lekt med en stencil och Sparkle kollektionen från Kaisercraft tillsammans med Nuvo Mousse  från Tonic Studios. Det hela slutade med tre likadana kort men ändå lite olika varandra.

Here I’ve used Nuvo Mousse in the color Seaspray Green. The sentiment is a stamp from the Sparkle collection, heat embossed in gold.

Här har jag använt Nuvo Mousse i färgen Seaspray Green. Texten är en stämpel från Sparkle kollektionen, värmeembossad i guld.

This is pretty much the same card as above but with Nuvo Mousse in the color Peony Pink.

Det här är ett nästan likadant kort som det ovan men med Nuvo Mousse i färgen Peony Pink.

For this one I actually used heat embossing with some gold embossing powder instead of Nuvo Mousse. I’ve used a ink pad for embossing  with my stencil and after that I did apply the embossing powder before I used my heat tool. My sentiment is a little “card” whitch I’ve fussy cut out from one of the Sparkle papers.

Till det här kortet har jag faktiskt använt värmeembossing med embossingpulver i guld istället för Nuvo Mousse. Jag använde en stämpeldyna för embossing med min stencil och efter det applicerade jag embossingpulvret innan jag använde min embossing fön.
Min text är ett litet “kort” som jag figurklippt från ett av Sparkle-pappren.

Simple Stories Lil’ Dude – Awww Yeah Dude

Hi dear friends! Anna here today bringing you a happy winter layout made with the fun and beautiful Lil’ Dude collection by Simple Stories. I love the design and the happy colors it holds. This time I opted for the blues. 

Hej kära vänner! Anna här i dag med en härligt glad vinterlayout gjord med den glada och så fina Lil’ Dude kollektionen av Simple Stories. Jag gillar verkligen designen och dom glada färgerna den innehåller. Den här gången valde jag dom blå tonerna.

For my background I’ve used some delicious Nuvo Mousse combined with a lovely bubbly stencil by Kaisercraft. Theres also a few splatters of blue Nuvo Mica Mist and some diluted white Gesso. Makes it more fun 🙂
I finished my page off with a few light blue drops of Nuvo Jewel Drops, love them!

Till min bakgrund har jag använt lite läcker Nuvo Mousse tillsammans med en härlig bubbel-stencil från Kaisercraft. Det finns också några stänk av blå Nuvo Mica Mist och lite utspädd vit Gesso. Det livar upp det hela lite 🙂
Jag avlutade min layout med några droppar ljust blå Nuvo Jewel Drops, älskar dom!

Simple Stories Lil’ Dude – Boys Rule

Hi dear scrappy friends! Anna here with some new inspiration made with the fun and so beautiful Lil’ Dude Collection by Simple Stories. I’ve also been playing around with lots of some lovely Nuvo Embellishment Mousse in three different shades of greens/bluegreens combined with a stencil from my stash. I finished my page of with some stitching and some lovely yellow splatters of Glimmer Mist.

Jag avslutade med några sömmar och några härliga gula stänk av Glimmer Mist.

Simple Stories Forever Fall – Autumn

Hi sweet friends! Anna here today. I’m back bringing you a happy Fall page made with the absolutely gorgeous Forever Fall collection by Simple Stories some delicious Nuvo Embellishment Mousse and a beautiful stencil by Tim Holtz. Do I need to tell that I love the Fall? <3. I do really love the colors at the fall as well as I love the colors and all the pretty things in this lovely collection.

Jag är tillbaka för att visa er en glad höstlayout skapad med den helt underbara Forever Fall kollektionen av Simple Stories, lite härlig Nuvo Embellishment Mousse och en fin stencil av Tim Holtz. Behöver jag säga att jag älskar hösten? <3. Jag älskar verkligen höstens färger så som som jag även älskar färgerna och alla härliga delar i den här fina kollektionen.

For my background I used Nuvo Blending Sponges to apply thin layers of a few lovely Nuvo Embellishment Mousse combined with a beautiful stencil by Tim Holtz. The sponges are so good for this purpose, so easy to use. I’ve also made a few pink splatters of a new love for me, Nuvo Mica Mist.

Till min bakgrund använde jag Nuvo Blending Sponges för att applicera tunna lager av några härliga Nuvo Embellishment Mousse kombinerat med en fin stencil av Tim Holtz. Dom här svamparna är så bra för detta ändamål, så lätta att använda. Jag gjorde även några rosa stänk med en för mig ny kärlek, Nuvo Mica Mist.

Hi dear friends! Anna here sharing a card with you today. It’s quite simple but yet so lovely and easy to create. 
I’ve been playing with some yummy Nuvo Embellishment Mousse and a beautiful stencil by Tim Holtz. I finished it of with the most wonderful sentiment stamp by Inky Wings and some delicate dots of Nuvo Crystal Drops.

Jag har lekt med härliga Nuvo Embellishment Mousse och en fin stencil av Tim Holtz. Jag avslutade med en helt underbar textstämpel av Inky Wings och några ljuvliga dots med Nuvo Crystal Drops.

Simple Stories – I Am

Hej go’ vänner! Anna här på bloggen idag för att dela en ny layout med er där jag använt Simple Stories I Am kollektionen, några hexagondies och, sist men inte minst, lite härlig Nuvo Embellishment Mousse.

Hi dear friends! Anna on the blog today to share a new layout using the Simple Stories I Am collection, some hexagone dies and, last but not least, some yummy Nuvo Embellishment Mousse.

 

Jag applicerade lite Nuvo Mousse på ett plastark, sprayade lite vatten, blandade med en borste och sen bara smooshade, en färg i taget, på mitt vita cardstock.
Efter det monterade jag mina utskurna hexagoner på min backgrund och fäste sedan mina lager av papper, foto och dekorationer.

I’ve applicated the Nuvo Mousse on a plastic sheet, sprayed some water, blended with a brush and then just smooshed, one color at time, on my white cardstock. 
After that I mounted my die cutted hexagones to my background and then I stuck my layers of papers, photo and embellishments.

Hej allihopa! Anna här med lite nyheter som strax är på ingång. Jag har gjort en layout med den nya, helt underbara , Flourish kollektionen av Maggie Holmes, Crate Paper. Här finns även lite godis från Vicki Boutin’s kollektion All The Good Things.
Jag gjorde en layout med ett härligt foto på våra fem barn då dom åker skridskor tillsammans.

Hi everyone! Anna here bringing you some news, soon avaialible. I’ve made a layout with the new, toltally amazing, Flourish collection by Maggie Holmes, Crate Paper.
There’s also some goodies from Vicki Boutin’s All The Good Things collection.
I’ve made a page with a delightful photo of our five kids while the were of skating.

Jag gillar att skapa olika textur och djup med hjälp av olika lager av färg, papper och även die-cuts. Här har jag jobbat med en av Tim Holts nya stenciler och en av dom härliga Nuvo Embellishment Mousse, Lemon Sorbet. För ytterligare dimension har jag stuckit in en die-cut av utskuren med en Sizzix die.

I like to create some texture end dimension using layers of color, paper and die cuts as well. Here I’ve been playing with one of Tim Holts new stencils and one of the lovely Nuvo Embellishment Mousse , Lemon Sorbet. For even more dimension I’ve tucked in a die cut made with a Sizzix die.

Jag älskar Nuvo Crystal Drops. Jag gick loss med ett antal olika färger här, så KUL!

Simple Stories – I Am & Crafty Girl

Hej kära vänner! Anna här idag med en ny layout skapad med lite nya grejer som kom med mitt senaste DT-paket. Ren och skär glädje!

Hi sweet friends! Anna here today with a new layout created with some news that came with my lates DT-pack. Pure happiness!

 

Jag gjorde mig en egen stencil med hjälp av en av dom nya Sizzix Thinlits dies, Butterflies. Med den och Nuvo Embellishment Mousse, Citrus Green, skapade jag min bakgrund. Ja, och så några stänk med olika Glimmer mist då naturligtvis. Sedan byggde jag mina lager av papper, foto och olika dekorationer från två av Simple Stories nya kollektioner, I Am och Crafty Girl.

I made my own stencil using one of the new Sizzix Thinlits dies, Butterflies. I created my background using my stencil and Nuvo Embellishment Mousse, Citrus Green. And, of course, some splatters of Glimer Mist as well. Then I builded my layers of paper, photo and some embellishments from two of Simple Stories new collections, I Am and Crafty Girl.

What’s new… – layout med Vicki Boutin All the good things

Äntligen fick jag frossa lite i det rosa i Vicki Boutins kollektion All the good things för American Crafts. Två tjejer i rosa kattmössor, vad kan bli bättre? Och såklart har jag nynnat på låten “What’s new pussycat?” av Tom Jones så det lekte jag med i titeln : D Man får ju ta inspirationen där den kommer liksom…

Finally I got to let loose all the pinks in Vicki Boutins collection All the good things for American crafts. Two girls in pink pussyhats, what can be better? And of course I had the song “What’s new pussycat?” by Tom Jones on my mind so the title was pretty much set 😀 Hey, you gotta grab inspiration however it comes, right? 

Jag är väldigt förtjust i stencilen med pärlhalsband från kollektionen. Här har jag använt den med Nuvo embellishment mousse i guld. Moussen är lite för tjock för de finare detaljerna i stencilen så jag blandar den med lite vatten först. Det blev lite för rinnigt denna gång så färger kröp under stencilen. Jag har inget emot det, gillar när det blir lite kladdigt men om du vill ha mer kontroll – testa konsistensen på ett annat papper först för att vara säker.

I really like the stencil with the pearls in the collection. Here I used Nuvo embellishment mousse in gold with it. The mousse is a little bit to thick for the finer details so I usually water it down just a tad. This time it was a bit too runny so it creeped under the stencil. I don’t mind it, I like it messy, but if you don’t then do test the consistency on a scrap paper first just to make sure.
