Min fina kollega Alexandra har efter en tid hos oss bestämt sig för att gå vidare till nya utmaningar. På sin sista dag på jobbet fick hon en personlig gåva från mig – den här layouten. Fotot är från vår boklansering och boken på bilden har jag, Alexandra och en annan kollega Tobias skrivit.

My lovely colleague Alexandra has after some time with us decided to try on a new job. On her last day at work I gave her this personal gift – a page I made. The photo is from our book release and me Alex and our colleague Tobias have written the book.

Alex, I will sure miss you. You have hallways performed with top quality! Good luck with your new challenges!

De är så söta… de små fåglarna i Vicki Boutins Mixed Media all the Good Things. Här kommer de i 3 olika versioner. Jag tog till och med en pippi som satt på ett gem och klippte loss för att få till den enkla design jag önskade.

They are so sweet.. the little birds from the Vicki Boutins Mixed Media all the Good Things collection. I made a card with three different bird designs. I even had to cut off a bird from the On the Edge Paper Embellishments to get the CAS style I wanted.

So finally I finished page #3 with child #3. I changed the style a bit. I often tries to change styles not to be bored and to make sure I feel creative. I think it will fit just fine with the other two any way. I am planning to frame and hang the on the wall.

Så till slut blev jag klar med layout #3. Jag ändrade stil lite för att inte tröttna och för att få känna mig kreativ. Jag tror att den kommer att passa ihop med de andra två ändå och jag planerar att rama in dem och hänga på väggen.

#1 Love .:. Vicki Boutin Mixed Media All the Good Things

Yay! I have some new goodies to play with. The Vicki Boutin Mixed Media All the Good Things collection was in my latest DT-kit.

Love the patterns. Love the colors. Love the embellishments. Love the stamps.

Included in the ephemera package there were three numbers, 1, 2 and 3 and I have three kids so I decided to make three pages using these. Here is the first one.

 

Hurra! Jag har ett nytt DT-paket att skapa med. Vicki Boutin Mixed Media All the Good Things collection.

Jag älskar mönstren – färgerna – dekorationerna – stämplarna – ja allt!

Ibland dekorationerna fanns det tre siffror – 1, 2 och 3 – perfekt för mig som har tre bar. Jag bestämde mig för att använda dem på tre olika layouter med mina tre barn. Här kommer den första.

Do you want a cup of tea? .:. Pink Paislee Paige Evans Turn the Page

The Pink Paislees Turn the Page collection includes paper packs with tiny square pieces of the lovely pattern papers, perfect for making a custom background.
To speed up the process of attaching them I used my Advanced Tape Glider. This time I tried a new refill from Stix2 – much more tape on those refills! You need an adapter pack to use it but now that I have that I will only use the Stix2 refills.

The picture is of me and my sweet naighbours with whom I often drink tea, whine, chat, exercise  and have lots of great time with.

I Pink Paislees Turn the Page-kollektion finns det små block med fyrkantiga bitar av de vackra mönstrade papperna. Jag använde dem för att skapa en bakgrund åt mitt foto. Eftersom det var så fasligt många bitar snabbade jag upp processen med min Advanced Tape Glider från 3M. Jag testade att använda en ny klistertape som räcker mycket längre än de vanliga rullarna. För att det ska funka behövs ett adapterat. Nu när jag har det så kommer jag bara att använda Stix2-refillerna.

Fotot är av mig och mina fina grannar med vilka jag ofta dricker te, vin, snackar, tränar och har så mycket trevligt med.

I have made a “story” for my DD to know that she is stronger than she think and that I believe good things are coming. She has a bit of a problem sometimes getting along with her friends and there are conflicts. So this page is my way of wishing for a better 2018 for her.

Jag har gjort den här layouten till min kära dotter som ibland har lite problem med konflikter med sina vänner. Detta är mitt sätt att önska ett bättre 2018 för henne.
